We were looking for a new Chinese place to try and this place popped up. It definitely is a little hidden gem that that has some tasty foods with affordable prices. We especially like their beef and wonton noodle, popcorn chicken, beef chow fun, and Yang Chow fried rice. Their service was friendly and food was made quick. Definitely give them a try if you're looking for some Chinese food.

Super low key, no frills hk style cafe that has more of the breakfast-y vibes. The jooks are all really homey and nostalgic. It's lighter than the congee places on valley and is less fatty. The super star is honestly the rice noodle rolls! So soft and delicate and made fresh to order. Dim sum rice noodles don't stand a chance compared to these fresh, soft ones! Parking is easy in a lot, service is pretty as expected for a hk place, and it does get pretty crowded by noon on a weekend.

Mr. Champion makes a unique version of cheung fun, the rice noodle rolls you usually find in a dim sum cart. Here, they specialize in rice noodle rolls with more fillings than just pork, shrimp, and beef. The super thin, steamed rice noodle sheets are twisted and braided into skinny rope like strands. The one with shrimp wins marks for presentation. Instead of chopped shrimp as a filling, the big plump shrimps are placed right in top. It's still surrounded by a sweet light soy sauce. The thin and delicate noodles provide a texture that really sets this place apart.

Got the porridge this time. Chicken and abalone was good lots of chicken and decent amount of abalone. I added a egg and Chinese donut because that's a must

Small location, and they serve most dishes on paper plates lol. Pretty good place for some good comfort food!  * shrimp rice noodle roll * Orange chicken over rice  * Golden flower twist * Beef Chow fun (dry)

Affordable very good Hk breakfast! Served very quick and the food was petty nice! Recommend for people who likes light flavor HK food. The beef tendon and stomach noodle was not greasy at all and not heavily flavored. Perfect for breakfast. The porridge was flavorful and comforting. The rice noodle roll is so soft!

Came here after yelping Rice Noodle Cheung Fun places! Glad to switch it up. We ordered the following: 1. Popcorn Chicken 4/5 - good flavors and crispy 2. Shrimp Rice Noodle 3/5 - sauce verged on being sweeter 3. Chinese Fried Donut 4/5 - not bad but smaller than the full size 4. Fish Porridge 4/5 - typical Asian comfort food 5. Beef Rice Noodle 5/5 - came on the paper plate but the flavors and quality was delicious

Yep, add it to the list of LA trusted establishments! Plenty of available parking was a nice start to our lunch. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed that there was a child's crayon drawing on the wall. Then we sat down & they threw chopsticks on the table and didn't greet us. This is the exact moment I knew the food was gonna be good. I was not disappointed in the slightest. We didn't expect the milk teas to be served in such a massive cup. Loved it & great value for money. Wontons in the soup we're very flavorful & the broth had great balance. Chicken wings came out straight from the fryer & were crispy, juicy and had the right amount of seasoning - plus I prefer flats over drums. Fried rice at first glance seems to be the least complex dish in terms of value for money but we ate about half & had tons left over. That plate is easily holding 1 large square styrofoam takeout containers worth of food. Check came out to $37 before tip & food came out relatively quickly. Will definitely be coming back again!
